Solar Is nothing new, however it is in the "beginning stages" of changing the way we use power. Studies expect solar to be in 20% of homes by 2030. we are currently at 2%. This means nothing less than growth opportunity for not only the industry, but the people working in it. By 2022 SoPro plans to install solar on 200 homes, and pay out $1M - $2M in commissions. We are actively looking to fill positions for sales, management, regional managers and so on. This will happen with the right team.
As of now we operate in the entire state of Connecticut. We will be soon launching into the states of Mass, Rhode Island and many more. This means that we will need to expand our sales force to accommodate 20 - 30 reps in each state. Those reps will need training from seasoned reps who have proven they have the ability to not only have a student mentality, but also be able to implement the teachings and spread knowledge to the growing offices. Those reps/managers will have the ability to travel
Self accountability is important here. Ideal reps are reliable, transparent, punctual, with a go getter mentality. We don't micro manage, we micro teach. We show all reps how to create a book of business for themselves with referrals, ads and so much more. They work their own hours with experienced suggestions and are able to apply maximum work ethic.
Get paid for your the work you do
Our top performers will receive incentives based upon performance. For this year we will be sending our top sales rep to Mexico for 4 days all expenses paid by the end of 2021
Reps can make $3,000 to $5,000 per week. All it takes is proper training on how to educate homeowners on how solar works. Solar is a no brainer. If a customer qualifies and has optimal sun exposure then they usually move forward. No hard selling necessary.
