Since the early 2000's, the solar industry has grown exponentially. We have been able to install thousands of solar systems with a high satisfaction rate. We do so by keeping a family oriented vibe in our office space, thus translating that same positive energy to our customers. 

We service the entire state of Connecticut, as well as the ability to install solar in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Work remotely or meet the customer in person, the decision is yours. The joy of face to face interactions has always delivered the highest quality sale. We will be launching into other states heading south to places like Florida and Texas! Self accountability is important here. Ideal reps are reliable, transparent, punctual, with a go getter mentality. We don't micro manage, we micro teach. We show all reps how to create a book of business for themselves with referrals, ads and so much more. They work their own hours with experienced suggestions and are able to apply maximum work ethic. 

Reps can make $3,000 per week. All it takes is proper training on how to educate homeowners on how solar works. Solar is a no brainer. If a customer qualifies and has optimal sun exposure then they usually move forward. No hard selling necessary.
